ASIAL`s new redundant level certification system helps to ensure that, despite a serious incident or disaster in a redundant alarm monitoring centre, the critical business functions of an alert monitoring centre remain in operation in a relatively short period of time or are brought back to an operational state. 26. Customer`s Responsibilities26.1 Customer shall immediately notify the ISS in writing in the event of a change in its contact details or alarm response requirements26.2 Customer shall maintain the alarm in good condition at its own expense and in accordance with the manufacturer`s requirements (including, but not limited to, timely recharging or replacement of batteries). 24. Access24.1 Customer shall ensure that the ISS has clear and undone access to the designated surveillance area at all times so that the ISS can perform the prescribed surveillance services.
